I'm still, if not more, enjoying the Sacketts. These books are just plain fun to read. There hasn't been a single time I read for less than an hour and actually more then an hour. Louis L'Amour continues to place in my mind exactly where he wants it. You find yourself even hearing the leaves rustling.
I'm not going to spoil any of this review telling about the story. I'm just going to say "Enjoy".

Met all my expectations, I have read over 100 of Louis l'Amour books have enjoyed them all. I am rereading the Sackett series. And re-loving them.
